Christmas Tips & Tricks No.1: wrap tape-free Christmas presents

Welcome to the first in my series of Christmas tips and tricks - designed to teach you some nifty new skills AND save you time this December.

So, first up: did you know that it's possible to wrap a present using no tape?

This is a brilliant alternative eco-friendly alternative to using sellotape, and also means that you don't have to worry about sticky fingers or not having any tape close to hand when you need to get wrapping.

So here's a video to show you how to do it.

Full disclosure: this will only work with boxes, so if you've got a tricky shaped gift to tackle, why not find a box to fit it in, and then wrap the box?

You'll need a square of paper, and it can be a little tricky to get right, but once you've cracked it you'll be away.

Here goes...

Let me know if you give it a go in the comments below!

The wrap used in the video is my Swans & Swallows wrap, which you can buy in sheets here, alongside my other wrap designs. This paper is an ideal thickness for holding itself together once it's all folded up!
