‘Swans & Swallows’ - a truly merry and truly bright card to send your finest festive wishes this Christmas.
This design is inspired by combining traditional Christmas images together - we’re talking swans’ a swimming, swooping swallows spreading comfort and joy, sprigs of mistletoe, juicy pomegranates, golden stars - in a fresh, contemporary way.
The colours are deliberately bright and jewel-like, taking cues from memories of the wonder of the beautifully coloured foils that I used to stash from tins of chocolates at Christmas time. I hope that receiving this card - carefully removing it from its envelope - might be a little like lifting the lid on a tin of treats.
The design is digitally collaged from original ink, watercolour and pencil illustrations, and lovingly printed on crisp 300GSM FSC certified paper stock. Each is blank inside, with plenty of space for your best handwriting, and comes with a matching white envelope.
