Returns

We truly hope that you'll be so thrilled with your Portland Paper Company products that you wouldn't even consider needing to return them. However, we totally appreciate that things change or you've made the wrong decision - we're all humans after all!

If you'd like to return your products, you're more than welcome to do so, as long as the product is returned in a saleable condition, without damage, within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to return something, please send an email to hello@portlandpapercompany.com, including your order number, and we'll be in touch. Returns will be at your own cost.
