Delivery

I aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 days - at busy times or during holiday periods this may be longer, but this will be indicated on the website.

UK Delivery

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Postage is calculated by weight - most UK postage will be max £3.50. All orders are sent first class with Royal Mail  - you will receive and email as soon as your order has been shipped, to allow you to anticipate delivery. Orders aren't tracked so please be patient with your postie!

If you'd prefer a tracked service, you can choose to upgrade to courier shipping with DPD. I'd recommend this if you're in a hurry!

European Delivery

Delivery to Europe is £7.50. The implications of Brexit mean that you may be charged customs charges on receipt of your order. I'm not responsible for any customs charges that occur. Bespoke items (Animal Alphabet prints) cannot be returned. Please ask if you'd like to discuss.

International Delivery - USA, Canada, Australia

International delivery is £12.00 per order, sent through Royal Mail's international standard service, for delivery within 3-5 working days, including Saturday.

Rest of the World

If you're outside of Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, please send me an email to check if we're able to ship to you - I should usually be able to help!

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to protect your items in the post. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, please get in touch by email so that we can discuss what has happened.  In general we're not able to accept responsibility for any damage caused in transit but we'll always do our very best to help!
